GOLF is very big in Palm Springs!

And The Stonewall Golfers is an organization of gay and lesbian golfers in PS. Golf enthusiasts meet every other week for rounds on area courses.

“Our membership includes golfers of all ages and abilities. We schedule  social golf dates several times per month at golf courses in the greater Palm Springs area and elsewhere. Additionally, we organize several golf tournaments each year. Visitors to Palm Springs are encouraged to sign-up online and join us for our social
golf dates and tournaments.”

Stonewall Golfers welcomes visitors and non-members and have a schedule online of their upcoming events.

Hiking Group

An informal group that hikes trails in the local area. Hikes are generally local, on weekend mornings. Patty Curtiss (pattycurtiss@msn.com) has been doing many of the hikes recently, and may be the one who replies to you. “We are also looking for women interested in helping to organize informal hikes, since we are not always available!”
